Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 Cuban sandwich rolls
  • 4 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup dill pickles thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
