Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 brioche or potato buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Spicy Chicken:

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in the seasoned flour mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  • Cook the chicken in a skillet with hot oil over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes per side).

Make the Spicy Mayo:

  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and hot sauce. Adjust the hot sauce quantity based on your desired level of spiciness. Set aside.

Toast the Buns:

  • Split the brioche or potato buns and toast them in a toaster or on a grill pan until lightly browned.

Assemble the Sandwiches:

  • Spread a generous amount of the spicy mayo on both sides of each bun. Place a piece of spicy chicken on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a slice of pepper jack cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Cover with the top half of the bun.
