Ingredients
  

For the Marinade:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Sandwich:

  • Cuban bread or French bread
  • Dijon mustard
  • Swiss cheese slices
  • Pickle slices
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

  • ● In a bowl, mix together the minced garlic, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, black pepper, lime juice, and olive oil to create the marinade.
  • ● Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is well coated.
  • ● Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Grill the Chicken:

  • ● Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • ● Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
  • ● Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Assemble the Sandwich:

  • ● Cut the Cuban bread into sandwich-sized portions and slice each piece horizontally.
  • ● Spread Dijon mustard on one side of each bread slice.
  • ● Layer the marinated and grilled chicken slices on the bread.
  • ● Add Swiss cheese slices and pickle slices on top of the chicken.

Grill the Sandwich:
