  • 1 ounce white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 ounce shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated Romano cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese for topping

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:
