Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 oz chicken breast diced
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons white wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: cooked penne pasta or steamed rice for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken and Shrimp

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté for about 5 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.

Add Shrimp and Spices

  • Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in Italian seasoning, minced garlic, paprika, and red pepper flakes to coat the meat evenly with spices.

Make the Sauce

  • Add butter, white wine, and lemon juice to the skillet. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and shrimp turn pink.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over penne pasta or alongside steamed rice for a complete meal.

Notes

This recipe is all about the balance between spice and creaminess. If you’re not a fan of too much heat, reduce the red pepper flakes. To enhance the flavor, you can add sun-dried tomatoes or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
