- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 5.2 oz package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ medium onion finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets (or pound to an even thickness). Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
In a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, sear chicken cutlets for about 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden (they don’t need to be cooked through). Remove chicken and set aside.
